Meet Our Professionals
Dr. Delia Manjoney is the Chair of Ophthalmology at St. Vincent’s Medical Center. She received her medical degree from University of Vermont College of Medicine, where she was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha national medical honor society. She has been in practice for more than 20 years.
Dr. Manjoney is recognized for her expertise in cataract surgery, glaucoma, dry eye, diabetic eye care, Botox, cosmetic fillers, eye lifts, eye exams and therapeutic laser eye surgery (not Lasik).
She has been recognized as a “Connecticut Top Doc” by Connecticut magazine for many years.

A graduate of New York University School of Medicine, Dr. Pulice received his specialty training at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. He began practicing with Ophthalmic Associates and joined Essential Healthcare Group in 2021. Dr. Pulice is a board certified member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a member of the Fairfield County Medical Society, The American Medical Association and The Connecticut Society of Eye Physicians. He is also the senior attending ophthalmologist at Bridgeport Hospital and founding member of The Connecticut Eye Surgery Center, South, located in Milford, Connecticut. Dr Pulice served in several mission sites abroad as a teaching and serving surgeon with Surgical Eye Expeditions International and is fluent in Spanish, German and Italian.
